Uzbekistan Wins 13 Medals at Boxing World Cup in India

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Uzbekistan national team delivered a strong performance at the final stage of the Boxing World Cup held in India, securing a total of 13 medals: 4 gold, 5 silver, and 4 bronze.

At the conclusion of the competition, the team claimed second place overall, finishing just behind the host nation.

Gold medals were won by Asilbek Jalilov (50 kg), Samandar Olimov (55 kg), Javokhir Abdurakhimov (75 kg), and Khalimjon Mamasoliev (+90 kg).

Silver went to Jasurbek Yuldoshev (85 kg), Nusratbek Tokhirov (90 kg), Farzona Fazilova (48 kg), Aziza Zokirova (70 kg), and Oltinoy Sotimboeva (+81 kg).

Bronze medals were claimed by Dilshod Abdumurodov (60 kg), Adkham Mukhiddinov (65 kg), Muhammadzizbek Ismoilov (70 kg), and Gulsevar Ganieva (51 kg).
