Uzbekistan Wins 11 Medals at Asian Boxing Championships

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Asian Boxing Championships concluded in the capital of Mongolia, with the Uzbekistan national team winning a total of 11 medals across various weight categories.

The Uzbek athletes’ haul included 3 gold, 4 silver, and 4 bronze awards. Gold medals were earned by Abdulloh Madaminov in the under 65 kg weight category, Fazliddin Erkinboev in the under 80 kg category, and Khalimjon Mamasoliev in the under 90 kg category.

Silver medals were awarded to Javokhir Abdurakhimov (up to 75 kg), Jasurbek Yuldoshev (up to 85 kg), Aziza Zokirova (up to 75 kg), and Rukhshona Parpieva (up to 80 kg).

The bronze medalists included Abdurakhmon Makhmudjonov (up to 60 kg), Nigina Uktamova (up to 57 kg), Oysha Toirova (up to 70 kg), and Oltinoy Sotimboeva (over 80 kg).
