Uzbekistan U-20 beats Kazakhstan in Russia
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Uzbekistan U-20 clinched its first victory at the Commonwealth Cup-2013, defeating Kazakhstan U-21 in Saint Petersburg.
The match ended with the score 1-0 with victory of the Uzbek team. Jamshid Iskanderov scored an only goal of the match on 71 minutes.
In the result, Ahmadjon Musaev qualified to play-offs along with Belarus and Tajikistan.
Uzbekistan U-20 played a 2-2 draw with Russia in their first match in the tournament, while Kazakhstan defeated Kyrgyzstan with the score 3-1.
