Uzbekistan U-17 defeats Iran in second friendly

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan U-17 played their second of three planned friendly matches against Iran U-17 on 20 August in Tashkent, the Uzbekistan Football Federation said.

As in the first match, Uzbekistan clinched a victory over Iran. Dilshod Nuraliev’s side recorded the 2-1 victory.

Uzbekistan conceded the first goal, but Akobir Turaev and Jamshid Baltabaev netted two goals to win the match.

Uzbekistan U-17 and Iran U-17 will hold one more friendly match in Tashkent on 22 August. The match, which will be held at JAR Stadium, will kick off at 17:00.
