Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbekistan U-17 Defeats Chile in Friendly MatchOn 11 June, Uzbekistan’s U-17 national football team claimed a 1–0 victory over their Chilean counterparts in the first of two scheduled friendly matches. The game was held in Chile and ended with a narrow win for the team coached by Islam Ismailov.

The only goal of the match was scored in the 35th minute by Azizbek Erimbetov.

These friendlies are part of Uzbekistan’s preparation for the FIFA U-17 World Cup, which will take place in November 2025 in Qatar.

The next match against Chile is scheduled for 13 June, followed by fixtures against Bolivia’s U-17 team on 17 and 19 June.
