Uzbekistan U-17 defeat Zenit youth

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan U-17, which is preparing to final stage of the FIFA U-17 World Cup in Mexico, is holding training camp in Turkey.

Within the preparation plans, Uzbekistan held three friendly matches. Uzbekistan U-17 lost to Russia U-16 with the score 1-2, but later defeated Metallist Kharkov (Ukraine) with the score 4-1.

In the third match, Alexey Evstafeev side handed 3-0 defeat to team of youth academy of Zenit (Russia).

It is expected that Uzbekistan U-17 will return to Tashkent on 30 March 2011.
