Uzbekistan U-16 Routinely Defeats Montenegro

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Uzbekistan U-16 youth football team secured a convincing victory over their Montenegrin counterparts in the second match of an international tournament. The game ended with a resounding 6-1 win for Uzbekistan.

Sukhrob Sadirjanov opened the scoring in the 31st minute and added a second goal just five minutes later. Montenegro managed to pull one back in the 39th minute, but Rustam Aliyev quickly restored Uzbekistan’s comfortable lead three minutes later.

In the second half, Abdulaziz Abduraymov (51st minute), Khaytmurodov (82nd), and Orifkhonov (83rd) sealed the emphatic victory.

In their opening match of the tournament, Uzbekistan also came out on top, defeating their opponents 3-2.

Uzbekistan’s U-16 team will face Hungary in their next matches on 23 and 25 September.
