Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan discuss border issues

Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan held a session of the working groups of the joint Uzbek-Turkmen inter-governmental commission on issues of delimitation and demarcation of the state boders in Turkmenabad from 26 March to 1 April 2018.
According to the Uzbek Foreign Ministry, the sides discussed results of exhibition of joint field topographic and geodetic work on some sections of the Uzbek-Turkmen State Border and an agreement was reached on their continuation on the basis of the schedule for 2018.
The sides inked a protocol of the meeting.
