Uzbekistan, Türkiye Agree on Social Security Cooperation

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The first round of negotiations between Uzbekistan and Türkiye on the draft “Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Republic of Türkiye on Social Security” has successfully concluded.

Following the meeting, a Protocol Note was signed, summarizing the agreements reached on the draft accord.

The adoption of this agreement is expected to play a key role in ensuring and protecting the social security and pension rights of citizens in both countries.

The document will establish a legal framework for coordinating pension systems and enhancing the transparency and efficiency of social guarantees for the citizens of Uzbekistan and Türkiye.
