Uzbekistan to Suspend Postal Delivery of Traffic Fines Starting from 1 March

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Starting from 1 March, the postal delivery of administrative protocols for traffic violations will be suspended in Uzbekistan, the press service of Uzbekiston Pochtasi (Uzbekistan Post) reported.

The suspension concerns protocols issued by the Department of Public Safety of the Traffic Police. From 1 March, citizens will no longer receive letters about fines by mail.

Uzbekistan Post clarified that the service suspension is due to the absence of a contract for 2026 with the State Institution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs responsible for the development of the “Safe City” systems.
