Uzbekistan to open a trading house in Samara region

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Embassy of Uzbekistan in Russia, together with Namangan-based company Dilrabo SDA, is considering the issue of opening a trading house in Samara region of Russia.

It is planned that the Trading House will start its activities in 2020. The institution aims to import finished garments from Uzbekistan with the further sale on the market of Russian regions.

The project is implemented within the framework of agreements reached during the Forum of Interregional Cooperation between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Russian Federation in October 2018. The cost of the project is US 2 million. The partner from the Russian side is Samara Textile Company LLC.

In March 2019, representatives of Dilrabo SDA visited Samara region in order to discuss the stages of the project and joint measures for the accelerated commissioning of the facility.
