Uzbekistan to kick off Commonwealth Cup campaign with Russia

The draw ceremony was held in Moscow, Russia, on 14 December 2012. Uzbekistan was placed to Group B along with Kyrgyz Republic, Kazakhstan and Russia.

The tournament will be held in Saint Petersburg on 17-25 January 2013. Twelve teams will participate at the event. Uzbekistan will be represented with players under the age of 20, while other teams will bring players under the age of 21.

Uzbekistan will start its campaign with hosts Russia. The match will be held on 18 January 2013. Two days later, Uzbekistan will face Kazakhstan. On 21 January, Uzbekistan will play against Kyrgyzstan.
