Uzbekistan to introduce responsibility for illegally wearing of special forms

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan discussed in the second reading a draft law “On amendments and additions to certain legislative acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with ordering approval mechanism, manufacturing and wearing formal clothes”.

The draft law was developed to order mechanisms of the approval, manufacturing and wearing of uniform.

The draft law introduces changes and additions to the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Administrative Responsibility, the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On State Customs Service”, “On State Tax Service” and “On Execution of Judicial Acts and Acts of Other Bodies”.

An article on responsibility for the illegal wearing of approved samples of military, departmental and special uniforms of servicemen and employees of ministries, departments and organizations is introduced to the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Administrative Responsibility.
