Uzbekistan to implement oil and gas projects for US$30 billion.

Uzbekistan plans to implement projects worth US$30.4 billion in the oil and gas sector, the materials of Uzbekneftegaz said.
Uzbekneftegaz is implementing a program to increase production of finished export-oriented products based on deep processing of hydrocarbon raw materials for 2016-2020. The total cost of projects is US$30.4 billion.
The program includes 78 projects on modernization, technical and technological renovation of oil and gas industry.
Due to the implementation of these projects, it is expected to start production of 15 new products - polyvinyl chloride, ABS plastic, synthetic rubber, aromatic hydrocarbons, superabsorbents.
