Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - Presidential Decree “On Additional Measures for Accelerated Development of the National System of Public Services” was signed.
According to the Decree, the automated system of state registration and registration of business entities is transferred to the State Services Agency under the Ministry of Justice.
At the same time, the Agency is entrusted with additional tasks of maintaining and technical support of the Automated system of state registration and registration of business entities, as well as ensuring free of charge its integration and interagency electronic interaction with the Central database of legal entities.
The decree approved the list of public services provided from 1 April 2020 in Tashkent exclusively through the Unified portal of interactive public services and the official websites of government and business administration bodies.
According to the Decree, in the makhallas of cities, towns, villages and villages without the formation of a legal entity, branches of the Public Service Centers will be gradually created
The provision of a wide range of public services to individuals and legal entities, including mobile (on-site) services, is determined by the main task of the Branches.
Branches will be located in gatherings of citizens of mahallas on the basis of free use.
Also, in the structure of the Agency for Public Services, the Office of Digitalization of Public Services will be formed.
