Uzbekistan Temir Yollari launches new express container freight train
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan Temir Yollari launched a new container express train on the route Tashkent-Pap-Margilan-Andijan on 5 October.
According to the press service of the company, the train will run twice a week, strictly according to the schedule.
The goods will be delivered to their addressee within 10 hours. The cost of transporting one 20-foot container express train is 1 million soums. Payment is made in any convenient form of payments.
The cost of delivery includes the processes of loading and unloading the container onto the platform, which are carried out by Uzbekistan Temir Yollari. In addition, given the climatic features of the Kamchik mountain pass in winter, the only road temporarily blocked and long traffic jams lead to great inconvenience for shippers.
In this regard, the railway has a significant advantage and the timeliness of cargo delivery is guaranteed, since despite all kinds of weather conditions, trains run strictly on schedule.
The introduction of a new type of service and the launch of express container freight trains is primarily intended to support small and private businesses and create favorable conditions for the activities of business entities, which will undoubtedly contribute to the further development of the economy of our country as a whole.
