Uzbekistan Team Wins Prize at Cambria Patrol International Exercises in Wales
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Uzbekistan Ministry of Defense team participated in the Cambria Patrol international military exercises, held from October 4 to 7, 2025, at the base of the 160th Brigade in Wales, the Dunyo agency reported.
More than 150 teams from the United Kingdom, the United States, France, Germany, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, and other countries took part. Participants covered distances of over 70 kilometers, completed tasks under chemical and biological threat conditions, crossed natural and man-made obstacles, practiced both defensive and offensive maneuvers, and conducted navigation exercises in challenging terrain.
The Uzbekistan Armed Forces team demonstrated a high level of training and coordination, finishing first among 26 teams in its group and earning a silver medal overall.
British and other international experts highly praised the professionalism of the Uzbek servicemen, highlighting their preparation and ability to operate effectively in combat conditions.
