Uzbekistan, South Korea sign memorandum on protection consumer rights

The document was signed within the visit of the delegation of Uzbekistan to the Republic of Korea on 17-20 December 2013.

The memorandum is aimed at developing, strengthening and supporting cooperation between Uzbekistan and South Korea in protection of the consumer rights, the press service of the State Competition Committee said.

The main directions of cooperation between two bodies will become to study foreign practice, improve methodological base, development of technical assistant projects, information exchange, render consulting services and organization of training, seminars and conference.

The countries will also carry out measures on establishing relations between public organizations on protection of consumer rights of Uzbekistan and South Korea.
