Uzbekistan, South Korea discuss trade-economic relations

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 12 January, a meeting with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea to the Republic of Uzbekistan Lee Wook-heon was held at the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trade of Uzbekistan.

At the meeting, the sides discussed issues of practical realization of agreements on further expanding bilateral trade-economic, investment and financial-technical cooperation, reached in the result of the visit of the Uzbek President to South Korea on 27-29 May 2015.

The sides also reached agreement to start organizational work on holding next session of the intergovernmental committee on trade-economic cooperation between Uzbekistan and South Korea.
