Uzbekistan slips to 22nd place in Davis Cup ranking
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Uzbekistan tennis national team moved to the 22nd place in new Davis Cup ranking, which was published on Monday, 17 September 2012.
Compared to the previous ranking, Uzbekistan national team lost one place in global ranking of tennis teams.
Uzbekistan is on the third place among the CIS states after Kazakhstan (8th place) and Russia (17th place).
In Asian-Pacific region, Uzbekistan holds the fourth place after Kazakhstan, Australia (19) and Japan (21).
