Uzbekistan Showcases Investment Potential at Business Forum in Slovenia
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — An Uzbek-Slovenian business forum was held in Ljubljana, organized in cooperation with the business development agency SPIRIT Slovenia, the Dunyo News Agency reports.
The event focused on presenting Uzbekistan’s reforms and investment potential, discussing opportunities in trade, the economy, and tourism, and developing new areas of bilateral cooperation.
During the forum, the Embassy of Uzbekistan presented participants with the legal and economic conditions for doing business in the country, discussed joint projects, and outlined investment initiatives.
Representatives from the Slovenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Europe, as well as SID Bank, provided detailed information on measures supporting bilateral economic cooperation, financial opportunities, and investor guarantees.
Participants also learned about international cooperation experience and SPIRIT Slovenia’s special programs designed to help companies enter foreign markets. The company Tajfun RUS shared its experience operating in Uzbekistan.
The forum concluded with the establishment of new business contacts between Uzbek and Slovenian companies and preliminary agreements on expanding cooperation, creating a solid platform for the further development of trade and economic relations between the two countries.
