Uzbekistan sets rules for consideration of appeals in public procurement

Now, each participant has right to appeal in judicial order or to Commission on consideration of complaints in public procurement on actions or non-actions of the state customer, National Agency for Project Management, procurement commission, operator of special information portal, etc.

The commission has right to adopt actions to prevent and eliminate illegal actions in public procurement sphere.
