Uzbekistan resumes membership in Inter-Parliamentary Union
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Uzbekistan resumed its membership in the Inter-Parliamentary Union, the press service of the Uzbek Foreign Ministry said.
According to the Foreign Ministry of Uzbekistan, membership of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Inter-Parliamentary Union has been resumes from 13 October 2017.
Speaker of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis Nurdinjon Ismailov and Chairman of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis Nigmatilla Yuldashev signed a corresponding joint resolution.
