Uzbekistan Receives 75,700 Foreign Patients in First Ten Months of 2025
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — From January to October 2025, 75,666 foreign citizens arrived in Uzbekistan for medical purposes, according to the National Statistics Committee.
The majority of patients came from neighboring Central Asian countries: Tajikistan — 53,045 people, Kyrgyzstan — 13,038 people, Kazakhstan — 6,979 people.
Russian citizens accounted for 1,709 people, Afghans — 533, and citizens of Turkmenistan — 215.
Among more distant countries, the highest numbers of patients came from Turkey (43 people), the United States (15), China (14), and Azerbaijan (10). Citizens from other countries totaled 65 people.
