Uzbekistan Railways to place stocks for 163.985bn soums

The Center for coordination and development of securities market registered the decision on emission of the stocks of the company.

Within the emission, the bank will place 381,360,075 ordinary shares with par value of 430 soums each. Total volume of the emission makes up 163,984,832,250 soums.

The shares will be placed on closed subscription among the shareholders of the Uzbek railway company.
