Uzbekistan Railways raises charter capital by 25.68bn soums

The Center for coordination and development of securities market registered the emission of shares of Uzbekistan Temir Yollari.

Within the issue, the company will place 59,719,753 ordinary shares with par value of 430 sums each. Total volume of issue makes up 25,679,493,790 soums.

All shares of the issue will be placed on closed subscription to the government. In its turn, Uzbekistan Temir Yollari will receive state stakes in several enterprises.
