Uzbekistan produces localized goods for 2.3 trln. soums in 1H

From start of the year, within the programme of localization of production of ready goods, spare parts and materials for 2015-2019, the country produced localized goods for over 2.3 trillion soums, which rose by 1.5 times year-on-year.

According to the publication, the estimated effect of import replacing made up US$795 million.

Enterprises of Uzbekistan launched production of 35 new industrial goods, including oil and gas equipment, electronic ovens, children bicycles, speed meters for automobiles, etc.
