Uzbekistan produces chemical goods for 576.6bn soums in 1Q

According to Uzkimyosanoat, the industry produced consumer goods for 51.1 billion soums in January-March 2016, which grew by 10.9% year-on-year.

The enterprises produced 328,460 tonnes of mineral resources in the first quarter of 2016.

In particular, the chemical enterprises manufactured 266,100 tonnes of nitrogen fertilizers, 35,900 tonnes of phosphate fertilizers and 26,460 tonnes of potash fertilizers.

According to the localization programme, the enterprises produced 65.44 billion soums.

Within the realization of investment projects, included to investment programme, Uzkimyosanoat’s companies used investments for US$42.9 million.
