Uzbekistan Produces Beverages Worth Nearly 20 Trillion Soums in Eight Months

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — From January to August 2025, Uzbekistan produced beverages valued at 19.7 trillion soums, according to the National Statistics Committee. Compared to the same period of last year, production increased by 3.8%.

The largest production volumes were recorded in the capital: enterprises in Tashkent city produced beverages worth 12.3 trillion soums. Tashkent region ranked second with 3.3 trillion soums, followed by Khorezm region (1.7 trillion soums) and Namangan region (892.7 billion soums).

Other notable production volumes were registered in Samarkand region (400.2 billion soums), Bukhara region (291.4 billion soums), and the Republic of Karakalpakstan (279.8 billion soums).

The lowest production levels were observed in Navoi region (17.3 billion soums), as well as Jizzakh (44.4 billion soums), Sirdaryo (59.8 billion soums), and Surkhandarya (86.2 billion soums) regions.
