Uzbekistan, Oman discuss opening of new library

During the conversation the sides discussed topical issues of the Uzbek-Omani agenda.

At the meeting the sides noted with satisfaction that the joint project – the construction of the new building of the library of the Centre of Oriental Manuscripts named after Abu Rayhan Beruni under Tashkent State Institute of Oriental Studies – is at the final stage.

In this regard, the parties exchanged views on the practical aspects of the opening of the library and the participation of the Uzbek and Omani delegations in relevant events.
