Uzbekistan offers measures for effective use of land

Uzbekistan proposes to introduce non-agricultural land into economic circulation through its registration into private ownership.
This proposal was included in the draft of the Strategy of Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan until 2021.
The document also proposes to ensure the realization of the rights to use agricultural land.
The authors of the document note that this will create the opportunity to convert land to capital, reduce transaction costs and uncertainty.
