Uzbekistan National Football Team Announces Squad for October Friendlies

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Uzbekistan national football team has announced its squad for upcoming friendly matches in October.

On 9 October, the team will host Kuwait in Tashkent, followed by a match against Uruguay on 13 October in Malaysia.

The goalkeepers called up are Abduvohid Nematov, Botirali Ergashev, and Vladimir Nazarov.

The defensive lineup includes Rustam Ashurmatov, Sherzod Nasrullaev, Farrukh Saifiev, Muhammadkodir Khamraliev, Khodjiakbar Alijonov, Rahimjon Davronov, Jakhongir Urozov, Odil Abdumazidov, and Dilshol Saitov.

Midfielders selected are Akmal Mozgovoy, Odiljon Khamrobekov, Khodjimat Erkinov, Otabek Shukurov, Jamshid Iskanderov, Oston Urunov, Abbosbek Faizullaev, Abdurauf Buriev, Aziz Ganiev, Umarali Rakhmonaliev, Nodirbek Abdurazzakov, and Anvar Khojimirzaev.

The attacking trio consists of Igor Sergeev, Eldor Shomurodov, and Rustam Turdimurodov.
