Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Migration Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan has issued a warning to citizens about the risks associated with illegal employment abroad.

According to Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 252 dated 22 April 2025, organized employment of citizens abroad is carried out exclusively by the Migration Agency. In addition, under the Law “On Private Employment Agencies,” only licensed private agencies are authorized to provide such services.

The official list of these licensed companies is publicly available.

During monitoring activities, it was found that a number of organizations and private entrepreneurs, under the guise of consulting and informational services, posted advertisements on social media, collected funds from citizens, and effectively engaged in illegal employment.

As a result of inspections, sanctions were applied to the violators: WORLDVISA MCHJ, Everyone Consult MCHJ, Adworld Group MCHJ, RICH RESULT MCHJ, and Ravon Consult Group MCHJ were held accountable, each fined 112.5 million soums. Case materials have been forwarded to the interdistrict economic courts in Tashkent, Urgench, and Bekabad.

The agency emphasized that attempting to secure employment through unlicensed entities can lead to significant financial losses and legal consequences.

Citizens are advised to use only companies listed in the official registry, carefully review contract terms before signing, and avoid suspicious payments.
