Uzbekistan launches production of 820 new products

In the course of implementation of the Programme of localization of production of ready products, components and materials for 2015-2019, the Uzbek enterprises realized 696 projects and produced localized products worth 4.0 trillion. soums.

According to the Ministry of Economy, the estimated effect of import-replacement made up US$1.56 billion. At the same time, Uzbekistan launched production of more than 820 new types of industrial products.
