Uzbekistan Launches “Business Hamroh” System for Comprehensive Entrepreneur Support

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a resolution “On Measures for the Implementation of a System for Comprehensive Provision of Governmental, Professional, Consulting, Financial, Engineering, Marketing, Media, IT, and Operational Services to Business Entities.”

The resolution marks a new stage in the development of entrepreneurship in the country. It introduces a system for delivering both public and private services to entrepreneurs under a “single-window” principle, significantly simplifying business setup and operations.

At the core of the initiative is the “Business Hamroh” project, scheduled to launch on March 1, 2026.

The system will provide a full spectrum of support for entrepreneurial activities, covering more than a thousand governmental, professional, consulting, financial, engineering, marketing, media, IT, and operational services through a unified channel.

To manage the project, “Business Hamroh” Centers will be established as limited liability companies under the supervision of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

In the initial phase, such centers will open in Tashkent, Nukus, and all regional capitals.

The new centers will perform a wide range of functions: delivering comprehensive “single-window” services, engaging private companies to provide legal, financial, and marketing support, organizing field visits and “open-door” days for direct dialogue with entrepreneurs, and hosting training sessions and seminars to enhance the skills of the business community.

Additionally, the Centers will collect and analyze entrepreneurs’ proposals and challenges to submit recommendations to government bodies.

The implementation of the “Business Hamroh” project aims to create a business-friendly environment, increase the country’s investment attractiveness, and support the dynamic growth of Uzbekistan’s private sector.
