Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan hold talks on border issues

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A meeting of the working groups of the Governmental delegations of Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan on issues of delimitation and demarcation of the Uzbek-Kyrgyz state borders was held in Namangan on 25-28 January 2014.

The meetings of the group are head each decade, taking into account importance of considered issues.

During the meeting, the sides continued to consider project description of the line of the Uzbek-Kyrgyz state borders on separate areas and corresponding map materials, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan said.

The meeting was held in businesslike and constructive atmosphere.
