Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan discuss delimitation and demarcation of borders

Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan discussed issues of delimitation and demarcation of the State border between two states.
According to the Uzbek Foreign Ministry, working groups of two states held meeting in Andijan city from 8 to 14 June 2018.
Within the framework of the meeting, work was continued on describing the passage of the line of Uzbekistan – Kyrgyzstan border on areas that remained outside the framework of the Treaty on Uzbekistan – Kyrgyzstan State border from 5 September 2017.
Following the negotiations, a relevant Protocol was signed.
