Uzbekistan joins to the Chisinau Convention

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) –– President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a Law “On Accession of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Convention on Legal Assistance and Legal Relations in Civil, Family and Criminal Matters (Chisinau, October 7, 2002)”.

The Chisinau Convention establishes the procedure for access to legal protection, includes various forms and types of mutual legal assistance, the procedure and conditions for its provision, mutual recognition and enforcement of court decisions.
