Uzbekistan joins to the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety to the Convention on Biological Diversity

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - The President signed the Law “On Accession of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety to the Convention on Biological Diversity”.

This Protocol was adopted on 29 January 2000 in Montreal, to date, 171 states and the European Union (EU) as an international organization have joined the Protocol.
