Uzbekistan, Iran discuss expansion of trade-economic ties
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
A delegation of the Republic of Uzbekistan headed by Foreign Minister Abdulaziz Kamilov met with Minister of petroleum of the Islamic Republic of Iran Bijan Zanganeh in Tehran on 18 October.
The sides discussed issues of expansion of Uzbek-Iranian cooperation in trade-economic sphere with regard to the interaction in the energy sphere, the Uzbek Foreign Ministry said.
On the same day, a member of the delegation, Chairman of the Board of JSC Uzbekneftegas Alisher Sultanov held separate talks with leaders of the Ministry of petroleum of Iran and its structures.
