Uzbekistan introduces mandatory inspection of electronic devices at airports
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Uzbekistan introduced new aviation security rules of inspection of radio, television, audio and video equipment, personal computers, tablets and mobile handsets, transported in hand luggage to the airplanes.
New rules were introduced to improve aviation security of the civil aviation in Uzbekistan.
Passengers and crew, who possess electronic devices, should switched on them and demonstrate their work to security service officers. The officers should also inspect power blocks and cassette sections.
