Uzbekistan Introduces a System for Comprehensive Interaction Between the State and Entrepreneurs

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The President of Uzbekistan has signed a resolution “On Measures for Implementing a System of Comprehensive Provision of Governmental, Professional, Consulting, Financial, Engineering, Marketing, Media, IT, and Operational Services to Business Entities.”

The document establishes a new framework for dialogue between businesses and executive authorities.

Starting from 1 March 2026, heads of government agencies will hold regular meetings with entrepreneurs at “Business-Khamrokh” centers across the regions, following quarterly schedules published on the “Business-Khamrokh” platform and on official government websites.

Through the “Meetings with Leadership” module, entrepreneurs’ inquiries are directed to the heads of the relevant organizations, and all issues discussed during meetings or via the call center are recorded in the “Virtual Entrepreneur’s Office” information portal.

The “Business-Khamrokh” centers are located within government service centers and are equipped with all necessary functionality to facilitate interaction with the business community.
