Uzbekistan increases electricity production by 9.14%

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan increased electricity generation by 9.14% in January-June 2021compared to the same period in 2020.

In the reporting period, according to the State Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan, the country’s enterprises generated about 34.32 billion kW / h of electricity.

Also, in January-June, Uzbekistan produced about 15.01 million Gcal of heat, which is 1.5% more compared to the same period in 2020.
