Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan imported more than 12,200 cars in seven months of this year. This was reported by the press service of the State Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan.

At the same time, the volume of car imports compared to the same period in 2020 decreased by 5,883 cars.

The total cost of imported cars is US$258.3 million, the State Statistics Committee said. Cars were imported from 21 states.

The largest exporters of cars to Uzbekistan are:

South Korea - 3,187

Russia – 2,589

Kazakhstan - 1,330

Poland - 386

Lithuania - 312

Thailand - 250

USA - 238

Germany - 70
