Uzbekistan Imports 54.6 Thousand Tons of Poultry Meat from 16 Countries

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — According to preliminary data from the National Statistics Committee, Uzbekistan imported 54.6 thousand tons of poultry meat worth US$59.1 million from 16 foreign countries in January–August 2025.

Compared to the same period last year, import volumes increased by 6.8 thousand tons, or nearly 14.2%.

The largest suppliers of poultry meat to Uzbekistan during the first eight months were Russia (13.9 thousand tons), Türkiye (9.8 thousand tons), Belarus (7 thousand tons), Belgium (5.6 thousand tons), and the Netherlands (4.2 thousand tons). Other countries accounted for 14.1 thousand tons.
