Uzbekistan Imported 3.2 Million Mobile Phones in 9 Months

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — From January to September 2025, Uzbekistan imported 3.2 million mobile phones worth a total of 370.8 million US dollars, according to the National Statistics Committee.

Compared to the same period last year, the volume of imports increased by 219.9 thousand units, or 7.4%.

The majority of supplies traditionally came from Asian countries. China remained the leading supplier, providing nearly 2.49 million mobile phones.

Vietnam ranked second with 619.2 thousand devices, followed by the United Arab Emirates (65.3 thousand), India (31.9 thousand), and South Korea (4.8 thousand).

An additional 2.2 thousand phones were imported from other countries.
