Uzbekistan Hosts 4th Inclusion Forum “Time for Good Deeds”

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbekistan is hosting the 4th Inclusion Forum “Time for Good Deeds”, dedicated to advancing inclusive education and adaptive physical culture for children with special educational needs.

The forum opened on 22 October at the Early Development Center in Taylak District, Samarkand Region.

Practical sessions were conducted by Ilya Bury, an expert from the Family Together Charitable Foundation, who presented methodological recommendations for organizing adaptive physical exercises for children with Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, autism spectrum disorders, visual impairments, and other conditions.

On 23 October, the forum continued in Tashkent at the Republican Center for Social Adaptation of Children, where master classes in adaptive physical education were held. Specialists shared experiences and discussed ways to integrate inclusive practices into the national education system.

Participants — including teachers, special education experts, adaptive physical education trainers, and inclusion specialists — highlighted the practical significance of the sessions.

Educators from Samarkand and Tashkent practiced exercises aimed at developing coordination, balance, motor activity, and socialization in children.

The event was jointly organized by the Representative Office of Rossotrudnichestvo in the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republican Center for Social Adaptation of Children, with the support of the Family Together Charitable Foundation.

Held annually, the “Time for Good Deeds” Forum serves as an effective platform for experience exchange, professional training, and the promotion of inclusion in the educational and sports environment of Uzbekistan.
