Uzbekistan futsal team leaves for Portugal

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan futsal national team left for Portugal on 17 September 2012 to hold training camp and play two friendly matches, the Uzbekistan Football Federation said.

Uzbekistan futsal team will play two friendly matches against Portugal on 18 September and 19 September.

The UFF said that Jose Maria Mendez’s side will arrive in Lisbon and head to Vila-Real. The city will host the first match and Peso da Régua will host the second friendly.

Uzbekistan futsal national team will return to Uzbekistan on 20 September. Jose Maria Mendez took 13 players to Portugal. Jamoliddin Sharipov could not travel to Portugal due to injury.
