Uzbekistan, France discuss development of direct flights

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of France to Uzbekistan Jacques-Henry Heuls held negotiations with the director-general of Uzbekistan Havo Yollari Valery Tyan and top managers of the airline on 5 March 2014.

The sides considered issues of cooperation with Airbus and conditions for developing direct air communication between Paris and main tourism cities of Uzbekistan, as well as modernization of the airport.

Airbus is one of important partner of Uzbekistan Havo Yollari, which purchased 10 airplanes Airbus A320 in 2010-2011 within the programme on modernization of mid-range airplanes.
