Uzbekistan exports US$1.38 billion worth of gold in January-June
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan exported more than US$1.38 billion worth of gold in January-June 2021, according to the data of the State Statistics Committee.
At the same time, the volume of gold exports compared to the same period in 2020 decreased by 34.7% (in January-June 2020 - US$2.12 billion).
The share of gold in the total export volume of Uzbekistan in January-June 2021 made up 19.7%.
